It’s been almost a year since I’ve done a clean install of my laptop.
Monthly Archives: December 2004
I absolutely cannot believe that 2004 is almost over.
Christmas was good this year.
My sister-in-law who is expecting her first child sometime in the next few weeks asked my wife how we handled Christmas with our kids.
A couple months
I love this quote from the principal:
“Principal Fred Muscara said he told the boy he couldn’t get into the dance because he was wearing the costume.
“It was a holiday party,” said Muscara. “It was not a Christmas party. There is a separation of church and state. We have a lot of students that go to Hampton Academy Junior High that have different religions. We have to be sensitive to that.” “
Ok…you know what…there is NO separation of church and state.
I’m in a funk and I’m not sure why.
Ya know…the word “hero” had been bandied about so much (especially since 9/11) that, IMO, it’s lost some of its lustre.
